Nach dem Erdbeben im Fr\u00fchjahr haben wir viel miteinander telefoniert und besprochen, ob die geplante Everest Trekking Tour durchgef\u00fchrt werden sollte. Die Entscheidung lag letztlich bei uns und wir waren froh, dass wir die Nepalreise wie geplant durchgef\u00fchrt haben. Es hat keinerlei Einschr\u00e4nkung bestanden. Wir haben uns von der \u00a0ersten bis zur letzten Minute super betreut gef\u00fchlt, durch Kumar in Kathmandu und unseren Guide Chewang im Himalaya.<\/p>\n<p>Wir sind 16 Tage durch den Solukhumbu gewandert und haben jeden Tag phantastische Eindr\u00fccke erhalten. Keine Bahn, kein Auto, kein Mofa, kein Fahrrad erreicht diese Region. Die D\u00f6rfer, T\u00e4ler, Berge sind nur zu Fu\u00df erreichbar. Wir waren sehr bewegt von der Armut der Menschen, aber auch von dem Willen, in dieser Region zu leben: mit sp\u00e4rlicher Elektrizit\u00e4t, ohne Heizung, selten warmes Wasser, nicht immer flie\u00dfend kalt Wasser. Jenseits der Yeti Mountain Home Lodges verzichtet man als Trekker g\u00e4nzlich auf diesen Komfort, aber das Gesehen und Erlebte waren die Entbehrungen wert. Ama Dablan (6.814m), Lhotse (8.516m), Nuptse (7.864m) und viele andere 6.- \/ 7.-\/ und 8.-Tausender haben uns auf unserer t\u00e4glich Trekking-Route begleitet. Schlie\u00dflich das Erreichen des Mount Everest Base Camp (5.364m) und der n\u00e4chtliche Aufstieg zum Kala Patthar (5.550m) und Sonnenaufgang \u00fcber dem Khumbu Gletscher sind unvergessliche Bilder.
